- 100 g Sugar
- 50 g Melted Butter plus extra for greasing
- 1 pinches Salt
- 80 g Flour
- Icing Sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 160 ° C.Boil the milk and let it warm.Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the sugar and salt.Add the sifted flour and mix until a smooth paste is obtained.Stir in the melted butter, vanilla and add the warm milk, stirring gently.Butter 6 ramekins and arrange the cherries in it.Pour the dough over the cherries.Bake for 40 minutes.Serve warm and dust icing sugar on top.
