Ingredients

  • 300 g Pitted Cherries
  • 4 Eggs
  • 240 g Whole Milk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 50 g Melted Butter plus extra for greasing
  • 1 pinches Salt
  • 80 g Flour
  • Icing Sugar for dusting
  • Vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 160 ° C.
    Boil the milk and let it warm.
    Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the sugar and salt.
    Add the sifted flour and mix until a smooth paste is obtained.
    Stir in the melted butter, vanilla and add the warm milk, stirring gently.
    Butter 6 ramekins and arrange the cherries in it.
    Pour the dough over the cherries.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm and dust icing sugar on top.
