Wild garlic pesto

Ingredients

  • 100 g Wild garlic
  • 50 g Hazelnut
  • 100 g Olive Oil
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • Salt, Lemon juice, Ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz for a minute or two then slowly until blended. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
    Spoon into a jar and pour extra olive oil on top. Keep refrigerated up to one year. 
    Use for salad dressing, pasta or spread. 

Notes

You can substitute hazelnut with walnuts, pine nuts or almonds.
